What we do?

We are a professional education and skills development provider located in the state of Johor. Our facilities are strategically located at the southern region of Malaysia where it’s popularly known as Bandar Seri-Alam, the City of Knowledge. 

Our organisation was established in the year 2001, with a
main intention to support Malaysian government to create skilled workforce that can spearhead the nation into a developed nation by the year 2025

In order to be part of the nation building we formed two divisions in our organisation they are namely, Department of skills division (DSD) and Corporate division. The DSD division was in-charge of promoting Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and the latter was driving human capital growth by working along with companies registered with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC). Corporations could utilize their HRDF funds to train and up-skill their workforce for higher productivity

TVET Division

Department of Skills Development (DSD), formerly known as the National Vocational Training Council (MLVK) is a Department under the Ministry of Human Resources which was established on 2 May 1989 through the restructuring of the National Training and Certification Craft Board (LLPPKK) established in 1971 The name MLVK was changed to JPK after the National Skills Development Act 2006 (Act 652) came into force on 1st September 2006.

To strengthen the purpose of its establishment, DSD was strengthened with the placement of the Center For Instructor and Advance Skill Training (CIAST) under the management of this Department and the establishment of six (6) regional offices by zone, namely JPK Central Region, JPK Southern Region, JPK Northern Region, JPK Eastern Region, JPK Sabah & Labuan Region and JPK Sarawak Region.

DSD proposes syllabus for various skill based programmes and also administers and moderates for the sustainability of the quality. We are proud to announce that our college were awarded a 4-star quality status for the year 2019-2020. .

Corporate division

The corporate division mainly works with Small & Medium Enterprises (SME’s), government link companies (GLC’s) and Multi-National Corporations (MNC’s) by providing training programmes meeting their needs. The companies can use Human Resource Development Fund or popularly known as HRDF to cover their training cost. HRDF is governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001) and under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia to catalyze the development of current and future workforce to support Malaysia’s vision
of becoming a high-income nation by 2025. To achieve this the government significantly provide training and upskilling interventions to key industries in Malaysia in keeping up with the fast-evolving business landscape and their individual company aspirations. Our center was registered in the year 2013 with HRDF with a COID 971122U. To date we have trained thousands of employees from all levels in their organisation and equipped them with relevant
knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
